Mr. Grayden M. Vaughan, President and CEO, International Sales Manager, is an honours graduate of Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He presently holds certifications from Oracle, Delrina Corporation (Symantec), Minolta, and Compaq Canada. He spent some time working as an application developer and tester, but shifted careers by moving into the Information Technology sales and services arena. He has held positions such as Lighting Consultant for Duro-Test Canada Inc., Regional Sales Manager of SCS Enterprises Inc., Senior Account Executive of Doxess, and National Sales Manager of Colosseum Online Inc.

Mr. Steve McGreggor, Vice President, Partner, is currently the president of Urban Development Solutions of Ontario (UDSO) a conference company that holds conferences specifically for Immigration Consultants. Mr. McGreggor is also a SCIC certified immigration consultant.

Mr. Prem Ramkissoon, Vice President, Sales. Mr. Ramkissoon has spent many years in the information technology sector as a sales manager. We are proud to have him on our team, and encouraged by his relentless efforts in our sales field.

Ms. Irena Cuk, Manager Customer Service and General Office Manger. Ms. Cuk comes to us with a wealth of marketing and customer service knowledge. Working for quite a few years in the retail sector has primed her to now sit on the top. We feel very confident in her skills and abilities, and know that she is the type of person to put them to use.

Michael W. G. Vaughan, Coordinator of Community Involvement. Mr. Vaughan has spent a significant amount of his time with the Navy League and the Sea Cadets. His involvement has included fund raising, training of youth, and other organizational planning. He has also been involved with the Town of Newmarket, Ontario, Canada, voluntarily as a counsellor in training for local youth.

Robert Hamilton, CIO. Mr. Hamilton has had many years of programming experience. He has worked for Fortune 100 companies and many overseas firms, assisting in the creation of elite network systems using state of art Internet switches. He brings to the table the "know how" combined with the expertise to deliver excellence.

In-4mation Xcellence was a vision of Mr. Vaughan and Mr. Ian Allen (of Capele, NB) that became a reality in November 1998. Mr. Vaughan started the painstaking tasks involved in business start-up. Market research, forecasting, and the strategic business plan were the first hurdle. In March 1999, the firm had been registered and business had begun.

Originally, the company was formed to be a software house, specializing in Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) for both applications and web design. But like most start-ups the direction took a change. Mr. Vaughan found it very difficult to do the sales and development simultaneously, without neglecting one or the other.

Realizing that he preferred the sales end of the job more, he felt that the company would be able to continue in business as long as he made relationships with other companies that would be able to supply the best-of-breed leading-edge technology in a timely, efficient, and dedicated manor.

The stage was then set. Mr. Allen would keep the company informed on the latest and greatest technologies and help Mr. Vaughan provide for his clients needs.

Today In-4mation Xcellence Inc. is focused on providing specialized software as a service. This is more commonly known as an Applications Service Provider (ASP).

We still offer contractual sales of Web-based Work Flow, Computer Hardware, Software, Internet Access, Web Hosting and Co-Location, and Consulting. We have diversified to encompass and supply our customers with more current and specific technological offerings.
